Reporting to the Functional Leader and supporting the Integration Lead, you will manage day-to-day operations, effectively filtering the "noise" to ensure the team remains focused on achieving key milestones that power our growth.

** Role Overview
** As an M&A Program Manager, you will be responsible for the tactical execution, tracking, and monitoring of integration activities. You will play a critical role in ensuring that all integration deliverables are met on schedule, providing the structure and visibility necessary for successful deal integration. Reporting to the Functional Leader and supporting the Integration Lead, you will manage day-to-day operations and ensure the team remains focused on achieving key milestones.

** Key Responsibilities*

** Deliverable Tracking:
** Maintain the M&A Hub, project trackers, and dashboards to provide real-time visibility into deal status and progress.

** Communication & Facilitation:
** Facilitate cadenced meetings, provide clear status updates to leadership, and document key decisions for the deal team.

** Process Adherence:
** Ensure all integration activities strictly follow Cisco policies, including Francization, Privacy, and Brand compliance.

** Operational Support:
** Coordinate onboarding activities (e.g., the Buddy Program) and proactively manage the decision backlog to prevent bottlenecks.

** Reporting:
** Utilize data-driven insights to monitor the health and progress of integration work streams, ensuring OKRs and KPIs are tracked accurately.

** Detail-Oriented Project Management:
** Ability to maintain meticulous tracking of deliverables, milestones, and decision backlogs within the M&A Hub, ensuring comprehensive oversight.

** Proven skill in running effective meetings, providing clear status summaries to leadership, and managing cross-functional feedback loops.

** Data Analysis:
** Proficiency in maintaining dashboards and translating complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders.

** Tool Proficiency:
** Expert-level usage of project management and collaboration software, including the M&A Hub, Asana, SharePoint, Excel (for status dashboards), and PowerPoint.

** Operational Excellence:
** Ability to manage "noise" and maintain team continuity while ensuring adherence to Cisco's internal processes.
