Senior Consultant
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr Consultant with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ANSI SQL, Facets Workflow, and Facets Benefit Configuration. This hybrid role requires a strong technical background and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment. The position operates during the day shift and does not require travel.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of complex solutions using ANSI SQL and Facets Workflow.
- Oversee the configuration and optimization of Facets Benefit Configuration to ensure efficient operations.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members on ANSI SQL and Facets-related tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop technical specifications.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within the Facets system through regular audits and maintenance.
- Develop and maintain documentation for all configurations and workflows within the Facets system.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of system changes to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ANSI SQL and Facets configurations.
- Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Participate in project planning and provide estimates for technical tasks and deliverables.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices to continuously improve system performance.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all technical implementations.
Qualifications:
- Possess strong expertise in ANSI SQL and its application in complex data environments.
- Have extensive experience with Facets Workflow and Benefit Configuration.
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
- Show proficiency in developing and maintaining technical documentation.
- Exhibit strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Have a proven track record of successfully leading technical projects and delivering high-quality results.
- Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry advancements.
