SAP-TOSCA Quality Assurance and Tooling Lead
- As an SAP Quality Assurance Lead, you will be involved on TOSCA automation, BTP testing scenarios and Signavio to join our SAP CoE team. The ideal candidate plays a pivotal role in ensuring quality, stability and performance of SAP solutions during implementations. He/she will be responsible for defining and implementing best practices for SAP testing, ensuring high-quality deliverables throughout the testing lifecycle.
This role requires hands‑on experience with the TOSCA automation tool, BTP testing scenarios and Signavio and a strong understanding of BTP and SAP S/4 HANA modules, particularly in FI, MM, and Billing. - In addition, as Quality Engineer with expertise in Automation specializes in creating and maintaining automated testing solutions for IT systems and applications (primarily on SAP). They possess in-depth knowledge of various test automation tools and technologies, using them to build optimized test scenarios, develop automation for executing tests, and manage test data and environment-related automation. This role requires understanding and integrating testing automation into overall delivery automation, aligning with contemporary trends like Agile, Dev Ops, and Containers.

Automation is a skilled professional who streamlines testing processes through automation, ensuring efficient and reliable software delivery.
- Work with SAP CoE Solution and Governance team to define and establish best practices for SAP testing processes and methodologies.
- Set up and oversee SAP testing practices, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Develop standardize documentation templates and SAP project deliverables
- Develop central repository to maintain SAP process diagrams across systems
- Utilize hands‑on experience with the TOSCA automation tool to develop and execute automated test scripts.
- Review and guide project team with TOSCA Automation design and implementation
- Stay updated on TOSCA automation design and best practices to enhance testing efficiency.
- Collaborate with project teams to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Manage test management tools and defect tracking systems to monitor testing progress and issues.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to SAP delivery team members on SAP testing and TOSCA automation.
- Provide enablement and training on tools and processes.
- To develop consistent process to harvest knowledge from vendors and project implementation
- Tricentis Qtest and Live Compare tool knowledge and experience will be added advantage.
