Salesforce Lightning (LWC)

Experience:

• 9 years of experience in developing Apex, VF pages, Web Services, Flows, Lightning Process Builder.
• 6 years of experience working in REST API and building integration from/to Salesforce.
• 4 years of experience working in Lightning Framework and experience in Service Cloud, Health Cloud.
• Experience working with Salesforce API and integrating third-party components into Salesforce.
• Experience with  release and change management solutions.
• Self-motivated; works independently.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills; ability to handle diverse situations, multiple projects, and rapidly changing priorities.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, especially in representing their technical expertise to a diverse audience.
• Provide on-going development, integration, and administrative support to quickly fix production issues with  and provide on-going maintenance/enhancements.
• Work and deliver under tight and ever-changing deadlines with the ability to multi-task.
• Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high quality business solutions on the  platform.
• Participate in technical discussions.
• Partner with business representatives and business analysts to understand their needs.
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Salesforce Certifications are highly recommended (PD1, App Builder, Admin etc.)
• Ability to lead 8+ members of team
