Lab Ware LIMS Developer / Business Analyst

Lab Ware LIMS Developer / Business Analyst. This role primarily requires:

  • Highly technical LIMS experience – knowledge of Lab Ware LIMS is a must, with Lab Ware 7 experience. Knowledge of ELN is desirable, preferably experience with Lab Ware ELN v2 or higher. Experience with basic Lab Ware LIMS configuration and with Lab Ware LIMS modules – Lot Manager, Stability Manager, Standard/Reagents manager, Project Manager, Lab Station, Empower. Experience with major system upgrades is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of laboratory business processes – documented experience with laboratory business processes – Biotech/Pharma is preferred. General knowledge of Chemistry, Biology, and Microbiology laboratory processes.
  • Requirements analysis / gathering. Capable of connecting Lab Ware LIMS / ELN out-of-the-box capabilities with laboratory business processes and able to conduct highly detailed discussions with both laboratory scientists and IT technical teams. Able to offer modifications to the technical configuration and business process to achieve a suitable system. Will develop and author documents throughout the development lifecycle including User Requirements, Functional Requirements, and Design Documents.
