POSITION OVERVIEW

Seeking a Network Engineer (NOC L1/L1.5) to join our Network Operations Center team. Reporting to the NOC Delivery Manager, the selected candidate will resolve real-time network incidents, monitor enterprise infrastructure performance, and support containerized environments. This role directly addresses network stability, optimizes routing efficiency, and minimizes system downtime across enterprise IT infrastructure.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Monitor enterprise network performance continuously and troubleshoot incidents across routing protocols and switch configurations.
  • Configure, optimize, and maintain Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking standards, including VLANs, STP, Ether Channel, OSPF, BGP, and EIGRP.
  • Support containerized networking infrastructure and assist with Kubernetes networking environments and infrastructure integration.
  • Execute scheduled firmware upgrades, patch management tasks, and security audits to ensure network compliance and stability.
  • Document network topologies, technical configurations, incident root causes, and standard operating procedures for the NOC team.
