We work cross-functionally with Engineering, CX, Partners, and Marketing to identify emerging opportunities, solve complex technical challenges, and shape the future of customer environments. ** Your Impact*
* + Lead a team of Solutions Engineers within a single region, providing coaching and guidance that drives consistent quota achievement and sparks innovation
+ Integrate technical sales initiatives into account planning to ensure coherent, aligned execution of technical sales strategy
+ Translate broader technical sales initiatives into locally relevant plans, leveraging market intelligence and installed base insights to uncover new sales opportunities
+ Partner with key stakeholders to resolve escalated client issues and support high-value, strategic deals
+ Oversee in-person demand-generation events and implement new tools/approaches that deepen customer engagement
+ Foster open forums and cross-functional collaboration, integrating diverse insights to continuously refine solution design and account planning
** Minimum Qualifications*
* + Previous supervisory experience required
+ Experience overseeing technical sales management activities for a defined region, operation, theatre/country, or geo
+ Demonstrated ability to engage with high-level stakeholders such as CXOs, Directors, and key IT personnel
+ Proven track record managing complex, extended sales cycles (often exceeding one year) for strategic accounts and large competitive deals
** Preferred Qualifications*
* + Bachelor's degree + 8 years of related experience, or Master's degree + 6 years of related experience, or PhD + 3 years of related experience
