Our client, a leader in enterprise transformation within the manufacturing and supply chain sectors, is seeking a SAP Business Analyst to join their team. As a SAP Business Analyst, you will be part of the Business Solutions Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?- Serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to facilitate successful SAP and enterprise application initiatives.
- Elicit, document, analyze, and validate business and system requirements to ensure solutions meet operational and regulatory needs.
- Lead testing activities including SIT, UAT, regression, and validation to guarantee quality and functionality of SAP S/4
HANA upgrades and integrations. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop process documentation, training materials, and support data governance initiatives.
- Support deployment, change management, and post-implementation stabilization activities to ensure seamless adoption and performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting enterprise applications, especially SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4
HANA environments. - Strong knowledge of SAP business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Quality Management.
- Experience with requirements management, testing, validation, and compliance standards such as SOX, CSV, and GxP.
- Proficiency with test management tools like Jira, SAP ALM, or SAP Tricentis, and excellent stakeholder communication skills.
