- Required Certification:
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is strictly required. - 7+ years of progressive project/product management experience leading complex technology engagements in a client-facing or agency setting.
- Enterprise Modernization Track Record:
Proven history of leading large-scale enterprise web redesigns, platform modernizations, or digital transformation initiatives. - Tooling Proficiency:
Deep working knowledge of Jira and Jira Advanced Plans for road mapping, dependency mapping, and release tracking. - Agile Expertise:
Demonstrated expertise in agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe) within modern software engineering environments. - Certifications:
Project Management Professional (PMP) required. - Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Demonstrates expertise in Project Management, particularly in leading large-scale enterprise web modernization initiatives while utilizing Agile methodologies. Proficient in managing cross-functional teams and communicating effectively with executives to ensure project success.
