   Breakdown of Duties/Typical Day:
Being able to take the enterpirse level and speak to it from a technology perspective. creating operating models, take concepts from meetings and speak to how it could be implemented but also governed and managed. What would be the business operating model that would work or the ROI of the new tools and solutions. Be able to talk to technologists and be able to be a SME to drop it down to a third grade level.

Think about the way to stand up the people around the tool.

Description:

• Serve as technical coordination point for projects and initiatives of enterprise-level scale such as enterprise-wide mandate compliance and large-scale platform changes.
   
• Leads teams in managing and/or facilitating the delivery and implementation of project/program scope.
   
• Manage multiple projects that are part of an enterprise portfolio or a program.
   
• Ensures alignment with strategic direction and goals.
   
• Creates portfolio/project status reports for executive level representation.
   
• Frequently leads other team members on complex projects.
   
• Develops a plan for identifying, engaging, and communicating with stakeholders to set consistent expectations .Hiring Requirements
   
• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
   
• 8+ years of experience in related field.
   
• In lieu of degree, 10+ years of experience in related field.
