HANA FICO Functional Lead on a Full-Time basis.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced SAP Finance professional to become a key functional leader in a modern SAP S/4

HANA environment. The successful candidate will drive manufacturing costing, profitability analysis, and financial process improvements while partnering directly with Finance and Manufacturing leadership. If you enjoy solving complex business problems, configuring enterprise SAP solutions, and influencing strategic decisions, this role offers meaningful ownership and visibility.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field
• 7+ years of SAP FICO experience
• 3+ years of SAP S/4
  
  HANA experience
• Product Costing configuration experience
• Material Ledger and Actual Costing expertise
• End-to-end implementation of S/4
  
  HANA Margin Analysis
• Manufacturing accounting experience
• Process manufacturing experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, chemicals, food, or related environments
• Strong understanding of financial close and regulatory compliance
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• SAP certification
• RISE with SAP experience
• Fiori experience
• Embedded Analytics experience
• Project Systems and WBS integration experience
• Leadership experience supporting ERP transformations
• Pharmaceutical or CDMO/CMO experience

• Serve as the SAP FICO functional SME in a post-go-live SAP environment
• Configure and support Product Costing processes
• Support Material Ledger and Actual Costing activities
• Drive profitability reporting and Margin Analysis solutions
• Partner with Finance and Manufacturing teams to improve business processes
• Support month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Lead testing, training, and deployment activities
• Troubleshoot complex SAP finance and manufacturing issues
• Maintain functional design documentation and process standards
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and SAP roadmap planning
