Associate Director leading manufacturing system integrations, ensuring reliable data flow between shop floor systems (MES, OT historians like AVEVA PI, DeltaV) and downstream capabilities such as scheduling and reporting.
Responsibilities- build, configure, and maintain integration standards
- partner with site teams, IT, OT, and vendors for data mapping, troubleshooting, and scaling solutions globally
- oversee data quality, validation, and implementation of industry 4.0 technologies
- and support governance and change management processes.
- 12+ years in manufacturing technology or industrial systems, with at least 5 years in manufacturing IT/OT, system integration, or automation roles
- proficiency in SQL, manufacturing data ecosystems, and integration protocols (OPC UA, APIs)
- strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- BS in engineering, computer science or related field.
- pharmaceutical manufacturing experience preferred
- focus on manufacturing data flow, real‑time shop floor data, and Industry 4.0 tech
- global and hybrid work setup with 10% travel
