Operations Associate

Piper Companies is seeking an Operations Associate with strong customer service experience and excellent organizational abilities. This role follows a hybrid schedule
, working onsite in Durham, NC three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).

• Deliver outstanding customer service to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Handle the processing and administration of insurance policies and annuity contracts.
• Verify accuracy and completeness of all required documentation.
• Support policy renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and related tasks.
• Maintain, organize, and update client information within the database.
• Compile reports and evaluate data to assist in operational decision‑making.

• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong organizational and time‑management capabilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Solid analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities

• Hourly rate: $23/hr
