We are seeking an experienced North Carolina-licensed litigator who wants real ownership over their cases and the flexibility to work primarily from home while handling sophisticated litigation matters across the state.

• Manage your own litigation matters with minimal supervision
• Draft high-quality pleadings, discovery, motions, briefs, and legal memoranda
• Conduct and defend depositions
• Appear in court and argue motions and hearings
• Develop case strategy and advocate assertively for clients
• Collaborate with colleagues in a respectful, team-oriented environment
• Travel within North Carolina will be required for court appearances, depositions, meetings, and site visits. Volume of travel depends on the caseload.

• Active North Carolina law license
• At least 5 years of civil litigation experience
• Strong courtroom presence and oral advocacy skills
• Excellent legal research and writing abilities
  
  Demonstrated experience drafting pleadings, discovery, and dispositive motions
• Experience taking depositions and handling court appearances
