The OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced North Carolina-licensed litigator who wants real ownership over their cases and the flexibility to work primarily from home while handling sophisticated litigation matters across the state.

- Manage your own litigation matters with minimal supervision
- Draft high-quality pleadings, discovery, motions, briefs, and legal memoranda
- Conduct and defend depositions
- Appear in court and argue motions and hearings
- Develop case strategy and advocate assertively for clients
- Collaborate with colleagues in a respectful, team-oriented environment
- Travel within North Carolina will be required for court appearances, depositions, meetings, and site visits. Volume of travel depends on the caseload.
- Active North Carolina law license
- At least 5 years of civil litigation experience
- Strong courtroom presence and oral advocacy skills
- Excellent legal research and writing abilities
Demonstrated experience drafting pleadings, discovery, and dispositive motions - Experience taking depositions and handling court appearances
