Job Description

We are partnered with a growing law firm in the heart of Western North Carolina seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial Real Estate Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of transactional experience. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven legal professional ready to take ownership of their practice, grow a book of business, and work toward Partnership.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and residential real estate contracts and closing documents
• Manage real estate transactions from contract through closing
• Conduct due diligence, review titles, and resolve title issues
• Advise clients on zoning, land use, and leasing matters
• Collaborate with clients, lenders, brokers, and other stakeholders
• Participate in business development and networking within the Western North Carolina region

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in North Carolina
• 3-5 years of transactional real estate experience (commercial and residential)
• Strong communication, organizational, and client-service skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the desire to generate business and advance toward Partnership
