Regional law firm looking for a South Carolina barred attorney. We are located in Durham, NC and specialize in retail collections and commercial litigation. Current South Carolina bar membership required.
The position requires the handling and management of litigation cases, including discovery, arbitration, mediation, motion practice, client coordination and court appearances. Experience with and familiarity with debt collection litigation a bonus. Excellent opportunity to join an expanding law firm with over 110 employees across five offices.
Younger attorneys have the opportunity to shadow and receive litigation training from more senior litigation practitioners, as well as, receive courtroom experience.
Salary depends on experience. Position offers health insurance, paid time off and a retirement plan with firm match.
