Supply Chain Analyst – Warehouse & Procurement

Location: Durham, NC

Duration: 12 months

CTG is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to support procurement, inventory management, and logistics coordination. This role focuses on optimizing warehouse operations and ensuring seamless end-to-end supply chain flows.

• Manage procurement activities: vendor coordination, purchase orders, and tracking.
• Oversee inventory levels to maintain optimal stock.
• Coordinate warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and order fulfillment.
• Support logistics planning to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends and improve efficiency.
• Prepare performance reports and dashboards for stakeholders.

• Strong knowledge of warehouse management and order processing.
• Understanding of end-to-end (E2E) supply chain flows.
• Experience with inventory management systems and procurement tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Previous experience in supply chain, procurement, or warehouse operations.
• Exposure to logistics coordination and inventory management.
• Proven ability to analyze and improve supply chain processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
