We’re supporting a global pharmaceutical company focused on the development, manufacturing, and distribution of high-quality specialty medicines. The business operates a diverse international portfolio across hospital and retail markets, with strong capabilities in R&D and global supply chain operations.
The role:This role supports supply chain operations with a focus on product traceability, serialization, and data management within a regulated environment. The position is responsible for analysing operational data, generating reports, and ensuring accurate, timely information to support decision‑making. You will act as a key point of contact between internal teams and external partners, proactively managing updates and resolving issues as they arise.
Key responsibilities:- Manage Tracelink transactions with CMOs, suppliers & customers
- Troubleshoot serialization/data issues (EPCIS)
- Support onboarding of trading partners
- Provide data analysis & reporting for supply chain decisions
- 1–3 years’ experience with Tracelink or similar systems
- Strong Excel & data analysis skills
- Pharma or regulated environment experience preferred
