We are hiring for both First Shift (6:30AM – 3:00PM, Monday–Friday) and Second Shift (3:30PM – 12:00AM Monday–Friday). The Picking & Replenishment Supervisor supports the Outbound Manager in leading daily operations within the Picking and Packing departments at the Distribution Center. This role is responsible for driving productivity, accuracy, and team performance while ensuring alignment with the company’s commitment to exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor workflow and establish daily priorities
- Set daily pick goals and adjust staffing
- Audit work for accuracy and efficiency
- Conduct root‑cause analysis on picking errors
- Train, coach, and develop associates
- Assign tasks based on operational needs
- Ensure safety compliance and proper equipment use
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Partner on peak planning and staffing strategies
- Support projects and cross‑functional collaboration
- Attention to detail and quality focus
- Strong communication skills

- Time management and organization
- Adaptability and problem‑solving
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Windows‑based systems
- Blue Cherry (preferred)
- High School Diploma or GED required; some college or equivalent experience preferred
- 2–3 years in distribution or logistics
- 1+ year leadership experience
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
