We're seeking a highly organized, proactive Medical Device Logistics Coordinator to support the movement of critical surgical products across the country. In this role, you'll serve as the operational hub ensuring implants and instrument trays arrive accurately and on time for scheduled and urgent surgical procedures.

• Coordinate logistics for medical device products supporting scheduled and emergency surgical procedures
• Manage shipment planning and execution based on weekly surgery schedules
• Coordinate multiple shipments per case using Fed Ex, couriers, and other transportation partners
• Track, monitor, and proactively resolve shipping issues before they impact surgical schedules
• Create shipping labels, process orders, and maintain accurate shipment records
• Serve as the primary point of contact for sales representatives regarding shipment status and delivery timelines
• Build strong working relationships with shipping carriers, courier services, distributors, and internal stakeholders
• Manage urgent and same-day shipment requests with speed and accuracy
• Coordinate inventory movement between facilities, hospitals, and physician offices
• Handle inbound calls and emails related to logistics coordination and issue resolution
• Support pick, pack, and ship activities when needed (approximately 10% of the role)
• Learn and utilize company ERP systems to manage order tracking and logistics workflows
