Job Description
Support hospital supply operations by organizing, stocking, and tracking inventory using a 2-bin system. This role involves building carts, transporting supplies, and maintaining accurate inventory in a fast-paced, hands‑on environment.
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities:- Receive products from trucks (pallets, rolling carts)
- Stock and organize inventory in designated locations
- Use handheld devices to track inventory and enter quantities
- Reference web‑based system for stock levels
- Tag billable products (including implants)
- Respond to supply requests from clinical teams

- 2+ years of supply chain experience
- At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare environment (supply chain or clinical)
- Working knowledge of tagging RFID, receiving, and cycle counts
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.)
- Strong emphasis on communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills - Experience in inventory, logistics, surgical center or OR/procedural areas
- Familiarity with SAP, Track Core, QSight, or similar inventory systems
- Knowledge of ERP systems, ideally with SAP
