We are partnered with a leading renewable energy developer and Independent Power Producer (IPP) seeking a Senior EPC Procurement Manager to support the continued expansion of its utility-scale solar and battery energy storage (BESS) portfolio across the United States.

This organization has successfully developed and delivered over 1 GW+ of renewable energy projects
, with a strong pipeline of solar and energy storage assets currently under development and construction.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced procurement professional to take ownership of procurement strategy, supplier partnerships, and commercial negotiations across major EPC projects.

The Role

The Senior EPC Procurement Manager will oversee procurement activities for utility-scale solar and BESS projects across the U.S., ensuring supply chain continuity and successful project delivery.

You’ll work cross-functionally with EPC, development, legal, operations, and executive leadership to optimize procurement strategy, mitigate risk, and improve project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead procurement strategy for utility-scale solar and BESS projects
  • Manage multiple EPC projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery schedules and budgets are maintained
  • Develop and strengthen strategic supplier and vendor relationships
  • Negotiate commercial agreements, including Master Supply Agreements (MSAs)
  • Lead RFQ/RFP processes, supplier evaluation, and contract negotiations
  • Support contract preparation alongside legal, development, and operations teams
  • Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, pricing volatility, and procurement challenges
  • Drive best practices and standardization across procurement and EPC execution
  • Monitor market trends, supplier activity, and regulatory changes
  • Support acquisition and due diligence activities related to procurement and construction strategy
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, Supply Chain, or related field
  • 5+ years of procurement, strategic sourcing, or EPC experience
  • Experience with in utility-scale renewables, power, infrastructure, or industrial construction
  • Strong commercial and negotiation capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Experience
  • Utility-scale solar or BESS experience
  • Strong understanding of the North American power market
  • Existing supplier relationships within renewable energy or electrical infrastructure
