Maintenance Technician - Magnolia Pointe

As a Maintenance Technician, you will maintain the general appearance and upkeep of a 266-unit apartment community, ensuring residents enjoy a safe and comfortable living environment.

• Monitor property for needed repairs or replacements.
• Complete work requests for common areas and apartment units.
• Perform preventive maintenance on the property.
• Assess and repair appliances as needed.
• Assist in preparing vacant units for new residents.
• Participate in occasional on‑call duties (trip stipend provided).
• Create and maintain a safe work environment.

• 1–2 years of prior maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and painting systems.
• HVAC and EPA experience preferred.
• CPO certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance may be required.
