Range Water Real Estate is hiring a Maintenance Technician to service inside and exterior property areas, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and functionality. You will handle work orders, perform preventive maintenance, and contribute to making ready units for leasing.
The role requires high school diploma or GED, 1–3 years’ apartment maintenance experience, strong communication, and knowledge of Entrata Yardi and One Site. EPA refrigerant certifications and a valid driver’s license are preferred.
