The Museum of Life and Science in Durham, NC seeks a Facilities Technician I to support safe, functional, and welcoming facilities for guests and staff. You will perform routine preventive maintenance, basic repairs across multiple trades, and document work in the CMMS.
Schedule is Sunday–Wednesday, 7:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., with occasional emergency response outside scheduled hours. Prior experience in maintenance and building trades is preferred using standard hand and power tools.
