Dominium is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the general appearance and upkeep of the Foundry at Triangle Park, a 312-unit tax credit community in Durham, NC. You will lead the maintenance staff and ensure safe, reliable operations.
This role requires hands-on repair skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical systems, and preventative maintenance, plus a valid driver's license. You will train staff, respond to work requests, and coordinate with residents to sustain high-quality housing.
