Responsible for implementing and directing the day-to-day process control and operational activities, plans, and programs to ensure efficient operation & compliance on dewatering, dredging, and cleaning service projects. Will also be responsible for leading one or more large projects ranging from $100,000 - $5,000,000. This position manages a team of operators, leads, and subcontractors for various work scopes.

• Ensure safety is priority on all projects and for all team members. This includes adherence to policies & procedures, performing safety audits & toolbox talks, and ensure all training is completed timely and effectively.
• Directly supervise employees as well as sub-contract services.
• Interpret operational data and make operational changes as needed.
• Coordinate all maintenance activities to maximize uptime & productivity.
• Successfully interface with environmental and regulatory agencies as well as generator and haulers to ensure efficient processing and delivery of material.
• Achieve budget & other KPI targets for managed projects.
• Manage project financials & provide accurate forecasting/scheduling.

• Responsible for applying effective project management and/or performance improvement tools and techniques for system initiatives, balancing cost, schedule, and risks against projects and objectives.
• Work collaboratively with Leadership, Sales, and Operations in support of bid and proposals.
• Write thoughtful and tailored creative content for proposals as needed.
• Develops and contributes to the achievement of established department goals and objectives and adheres to department policies, procedures, quality standards and safety standards. Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and governmental/accreditation regulations.
• Maintain high level of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential materials daily.
• Manage, train, supervise, and monitor performance of field personnel to ensure safe and proper operation of equipment.
