Position: Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Durham, NC

Pay: $26-$28/hour

Experience: Prior warehouse supervisory experience required.

Education: High school diploma or GED required; 2-year technical degree or 4-year degree preferred.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm

Greene Resources is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join a growing and dynamic team!

• Lead and supervise daily warehouse operations including picking, shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
• Drive safety, quality, and productivity goals to meet daily KPIs.
• Coordinate workflow and ensure timely completion of production targets.
• Review pick tickets and material orders for accuracy and compliance.
• Train and onboard team members to promote team flexibility and efficiency.
• Identify process improvements and assist with implementation.
• Troubleshoot operational issues to minimize downtime.
• Maintain a safe, organized work environment aligned with company standards.

• Strong experience with Microsoft Excel, including data entry, analysis, and reporting.
• Experience with ERP or inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, TECSYS).
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours).
• Strong delegation and leadership skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
