Job Description # Project Manager
* Manage and administer smaller programs or program phases to ensure alignment with objectives.
* Assess operational needs and coordinate resources to strengthen existing programs.
* Track progress of program components to ensure goals, schedules, and expected benefits are achieved.
* Prepare and present program results through reports, presentations, and outcomes documentation.
* Recommend and implement process or program changes to improve performance.
* Support budget oversight, ensuring expenditures align with approved allocations and spending plans.
* Manage vendor relationships and monitor contract performance, including service‑level adherence (as applicable).
* Assist with reporting, documentation, and file management.
* Bachelor’s degree (or advanced degree where applicable).
* ** 3+ years of experience
** in a related field.
* In lieu of a degree:
** 5+ years of relevant experience**.
* Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, sorting, and VLOOKUPs.
* Experience in program or project management.
* Background in healthcare or insurance.
* Experience supporting administrative functions with strong data skills.
* Local to NC, VA, or SC (preferred but not required).
* This role supports a major internal initiative and combines responsibilities from two existing roles.
* Interview format:
One‑hour panel interview.
