Overview
IONNA is currently seeking a Field Service Manager to lead all Field Visit activities within the IONNA Site Operations Team. This is a chance to join the elite IONNA Site Ops Team that has fundamentally changed how support operates within the EV Charging industry.
This role requires a full-time onsite presence in Durham, NC. The Target Base Range for this role is $90k-$100k.
Responsibilities- Lead and Manage our Field Service Department which comprises of Field Service Coordinators, Parts Analysts, and Regional Field Service Technicians.
- Manage on-time execution of all SLA’s with our EVSE hardware partners, our in-house field technicians and our field service partners.
- Realtime solution and problem solve to get a capable technician onsite with the right parts to resolve any field issue.
- Ensure all inventory is properly managed and accounted for at our HQ and our regional parts warehouses.
- Build and improve upon existing processes/structures to ensure that your team efficiently meets all KPI targets as we scale.
- Be available to support your team and our partners outside of traditional working hours and on weekends.
- Manage the schedule and allocation of Field Technician time to drive the maximum value for your organization and meet KPI targets.
- Hire and build out Field Service Team to match the scale of IONNA’s network.
- Manage the dispatch of vendors for the commissioning team to ensure all deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with and hold accountable key vendors to drive better performance.
- Quality Control all field service work both internally and externally to ensure it meets the required spec.
- You have significant experience (minimum of 5 years) managing field service teams and parts inventories.
- You have experience (minimum of 3 years) in the E-mobility space operating within support operations teams.
- You have proven experience meeting intensive SLAs in high pressure scenarios.
- You have a winning attitude that embodies the concept of extreme ownership.
- You are able to work weekends, late hours as needed to support the mission of the team and success of IONNA.
- You have experience leading high-performance teams that are capable of self-execution in extreme pressure scenarios.
- You derive meaningful insights and actions from data specific to company and team performance.
- You are transparent in terms of failure and focus on correcting/solving problems.
- You refuse to be a victim and take charge of challenging scenarios to find a resolution.
