Overview
The Senior Manager of Proposals owns the proposal operating model, governance, and performance across the organization. This role scales proposal operations to support growth while improving efficiency, quality, and win rates.
Responsibilities- 7-10 years of experience in proposals or commercial leadership
- 3+ years managing teams or managers
Salary Band - $140,. Salary offered will be based on candidate's experience level.
