Role
Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver complex construction projects within the aerospace and defense sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing projects with stringent security requirements, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of completing projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of construction projects aligned with client goals and compliance requirements.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and resources effectively.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and government clients.
- Ensure adherence to security and safety standards related to defense projects.
- Prepare and deliver progress reports for stakeholders and senior management.
- Oversee project documentation, contract management, and change control processes.
- Foster a safety culture on the job site and ensure compliance with industry and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of project management experience, preferably in aerospace, defense, or mission‑critical construction.
- PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
- Strong knowledge of defense industry compliance, including ITAR and security protocols.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to obtain security clearance (if required).
