Senior Manager of Strategy and Corporate Development – Purpose Brands

Purpose Brands, the parent company of major fitness and wellness franchises, is seeking a Senior Manager of Strategy and Corporate Development to support high‑priority strategic initiatives and help the company scale toward $4B in revenue.

• Support strategic initiatives and special projects aligned with the company’s financial and operational goals.
• Collaborate with finance, legal, marketing, operations, and other departments to ensure successful execution of initiatives.
• Establish frameworks, timelines, and metrics to evaluate initiative success.
• Present strategic recommendations and deal proposals to the board of directors and executive leadership for approval.
• Synthesize information from multiple sources, identify key insights, and offer data‑driven recommendations to the executive team.
• Identify and evaluate growth opportunities, including organic growth, acquisitions, and new market entry.
• Conduct competitive analysis, market research, and business intelligence to inform strategic planning.
• Contribute to the development and execution of the company’s long‑term strategic vision in collaboration with executive leadership.
• Prepare materials and presentations for board meetings, ensuring clear communication of M&A, corporate strategy, and growth initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in top‑tier management consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, or private equity preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with deep understanding of financial modeling and ability to synthesize complex information into insights.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; experience building Excel models and completing structured analyses.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
• Strategic thinker able to see the big picture and make data‑driven decisions.
• Strong collaboration skills and comfort working cross‑functionally.
• High degree of intellectual curiosity, ownership, and professional maturity.

Hybrid model:
Remote optional on Fridays; on‑site Monday through Thursday at Boca Raton (FL), Woodbury (MN), or Seattle (WA) offices.
