Center Manager (Project Management)
Are you an experienced early childhood education professional ready to lead, inspire, and make a lasting impact? Families & Communities Rising, Inc. (FCR) is seeking a dedicated Center Manager to oversee the daily operations of a Head Start/Early Head Start center. This position is ideal for a strong leader who is passionate about supporting children, families, and early childhood professionals.
What Youll Do :- Lead, mentor, and support teachers, family engagement specialists, and center staff
- Oversee daily center operations, staffing, scheduling, and facilities
- Ensure compliance with Head Start Performance Standards and licensing requirements
- Monitor classrooms to maintain safe, engaging, and high-quality learning environments
- Build strong relationships with families and community partners
- Promote teamwork, professional development, and continuous program improvement
