Branch Manager

Our client is looking for a Branch Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and profitable operation of all Branch activities. In addition to reporting all financial and operations information to company leadership.

• Responsible for all Branch Management including Operations, Staff, Financial, Compliance and office Management
• Full control of P&L for the Branch
• Prepare and analyze management and financial reports, budgets, expense reports and forecast for the branch
• Create and maintain a weekly report on operations and sales at the Branch
• Ensuring that policies and procedures set forth by the company are followed
• Conduct annual performance evaluations and review for all staff
• Responsible for the growth and development of client base and the Branch

• 10+ years industry experience, specific to Export/Import shipment processing Air and Ocean
• 3+ years experience managing employees
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
• Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook
