Are you a hands‑on leader who thrives in a fast‑paced warehouse environment? Newrest is seeking an experienced Procurement
Manager to lead our Supply Department and ensure the seamless flow of materials that support our daily operations. In this role, you will oversee inventory, purchasing, team performance, and operational efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of quality, food safety, and workplace safety.

As a Procurement Manager, you'll build and develop high‑performing teams, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate with cross‑functional departments to ensure operational success. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Management
  • Lead and oversee all daily operations within the Supply Department.
  • Recruit, interview, hire, train, develop, and retain team members.
  • Supervise department employees while promoting accountability, teamwork, and employee engagement.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching, recognition, and corrective action when necessary.
  • Approve employee schedules, timecards, paid time off, and leave requests.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and employment regulations.
  • Foster a respectful, inclusive, and safety‑focused work environment.
Operations
  • Ensure all products and supplies are ordered accurately and delivered on time.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels through regular inventory counts and audits.
  • Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Production, Transportation, and other departments to ensure seamless workflow.
  • Anticipate operational challenges and implement proactive solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with client representatives and internal leadership.
  • Assist operational teams as needed to maintain service levels.
Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental (QHSE)
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety, quality assurance, environmental, and workplace safety standards.
  • Support and promote Newrest's Integrated Management System (IMS).
  • Maintain compliance with HACCP, OSHA, and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Promote continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational performance and employee safety.
  • Encourage employee participation in safety and quality programs while supporting Newrest's environmental and social responsibility initiatives.
