The Parking Manager will supervise and coordinate all aspects of parking operations, including staffing, customer service, compliance, and financial performance. The role requires a balance of leadership, operational expertise, and strong communication skills to ensure seamless parking services across assigned facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily parking operations, including garages, lots, and on-street programs.
- Manage and schedule staff, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Monitor compliance with local ordinances, permits, and safety standards.
- Track and report revenue, expenses, and operational metrics.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve escalated issues.
- Implement efficiency improvements and technology solutions.
- Maintain relationships with city officials, clients, and stakeholders.
- Ensure facilities are clean, safe, and properly maintained.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in parking operations, facilities management, or transportation services.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem‑solving and customer service abilities.
- Proficiency with parking systems, payment platforms, and reporting tools.
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed, including weekends or evenings.
