** We are seeking an exceptional
** Senior Director
** to lead end-to-end delivery across a large, complex global oncology portfolio. This is a highly visible leadership role with direct client engagement, offering the opportunity to influence strategy, execution and partnership success  will play a pivotal role in delivering innovative oncology therapies to patients worldwide by driving operational excellence, leading high-performing teams, and strengthening one of our most strategic global partnerships.
** What You’ll Do**
* ** Portfolio Leadership & Delivery**:
Provide strategic oversight of a global oncology portfolio for a customer dedicated delivery unit, driving high-quality and cost-effective execution across multiple studies to accelerate patient access
* ** Cross-Functional Leadership**:
Lead integrated cross-functional teams across clinical, data, regulatory, and safety to ensure alignment, visibility and proactive risk management across the portfolio
* ** Client & Partnership Leadership**:
Serve as a senior executive partner to clients, building trusted relationships while leading escalations and critical discussions to drive effective decisions and outcomes
* ** Governance & Strategy**:
Represent Customer Delivery Unit in executive governance forums, influencing portfolio strategy, delivery models and long-term partnership success
* ** Operational Excellence**:
Drive standardization, innovation, and continuous improvement by embedding best practices and scalable processes to enhance delivery performance
* ** People Leadership**:
Lead and develop senior leaders, building high performing, engaged teams focused on accountability and growth
* ** Business Growth**:
Contribute to business development and strategic initiatives by providing operational insights that shape competitive, winning solutions
** What We’re Looking For
*** 15+ years of experience in clinical development or clinical operations with deep oncology expertise
* Proven success leading large, global clinical portfolios with full operational and financial accountability
* Strong background in study leadership or clinical program delivery, with the ability to translate strategy into execution
* Demonstrated ability to operate at the executive level with clients, influencing decisions in complex environments
* Track record of building and leading high-performing, global teams
* Experience working within strategic partnerships or alliances preferred

* Education:

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (PhD, MD, PharmD, or MBA) strongly preferred
