RJOB SUMMARYKBI is a pharmaceutical manufacturer CDMO that runs 24/7 operations. This role supports the Facilities and Engineering, (FE) team which includes Automation, Engineering, Maintenance, Metrology, and Validation. Primary responsibilities will be for the administration of the Spare Parts program. The Spare Parts program includes procurement, organization, replenishment, inventory control, order fulfillment, and data cross referencing of parts to equipment. Primary duties will include but are not limited to cycle counting of spare parts, pulling and staging of parts needed for work orders, replenishing parts as they arrive, and working in SAP to facilitate reordering.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
* Research and cross reference parts to equipment in a CMMS system, to help facilitate troubleshooting and repair work.
* Maintain the organization of parts and materials in a defined storage area.
* Support the procurement of parts and materials for the FE team.
* Replenishment of parts as new inventory arrives.
* Fulfillment of parts needed and staged for either predefined preventative maintenance or on-demand work orders for use by Facilities and Engineering technicians.
* Perform cycle count and reconciliation of spare parts monthly.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
* High School diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 2-3 years of industrial manufacturing or logistics warehouse experience; preferably in a GxP pharmaceutical manufacturing environment, inventory control group or order fulfillment center.
* GMP and good documentation practices knowledge preferred.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong CMMS knowledge, Blue Mountain or SAP preferred.
* Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
* Well organized and able to work with little to no supervision.

Language Ability Must be able to read, right, understand, and communicate in English.

Reasoning Ability Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Math Ability Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, standard deviation, and percent. Ability to draw and interpret bar graphs

Computer Skills Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio). Understanding of database systems. Ideal Candidate will be proficient and experienced in the use and administration of a CMMS (SAP, Maximo, Blue Mountain, Indy Soft, etc.).
