Production Associate

Time: 1st shift: 6am-230pm and 2nd shift 2pm-10:30pm

Location:
Arden Hills, MN

Pay Range: $19-$20

• Operate and monitor production equipment including milling and blending machinery
• Perform routine tasks such as pulverizing, screening, and classifying powder materials
• Handle dusty materials while adhering to safety protocols including use of dust masks, ear protection, and safety eyewear
• Conduct basic mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance of equipment
• Accurately perform mathematical calculations for production measurements and percentages
• Use Excel and Word for basic documentation and reporting
• Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs regularly
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards
• Work independently with minimal supervision while staying on task
• Follow all facility rules including non-smoking policies and PPE requirements

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment
• Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of equipment functions
• Ability to work at a fast pace and perform repetitive tasks efficiently
• Familiarity with forklift operation (preferred)
• Proficiency in basic computer functions (Excel and Word)
• Must be clean‑shaven where dust mask contacts skin to ensure proper fit
