Manufacturing Associate Job Description
The Manufacturing Associate will be responsible for the maintenance and setup of multiple CNC machines. This role requires precision in using various measurement tools to ensure product quality and involves conducting tool changes multiple times per shift.
Responsibilities- Maintain and set up multiple CNC machines.
- Ensure quality using mics, calipers, and gauges.
- Conduct tool changes on machines multiple times per shift.
- Proficiency in quality inspection.
- Experience using calipers and micrometers.
- Ability to set up machines effectively.
Skills & Qualifications
- Mechanical aptitude is required.
- Must be willing to work a significant amount of overtime and every day of the week.

Work EnvironmentWork in a climate-controlled automotive manufacturing setting. Openings available on A Shift (6am-6:30pm) and B Shift (6pm-6:30am), offering flexibility in work hours.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Durham, NC. This is a fully onsite position in Durham,NC.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
