Voltage is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead the plant’s maintenance organization to ensure equipment reliability, safety, and operational excellence across production lines, including wire cutting, crimping, molding, electrical integration, and PLC automation systems. This role combines technical expertise and strong leadership to drive a culture of accountability, proactive maintenance, and continuous improvement in partnership with Production, Quality, EHS, and Engineering.

• Oversee day to day maintenance operations while balancing reliability, safety, and cost efficiency.
• Use maintenance software to manage work orders, PM schedules, asset history, and data integrity.
• Develop and maintain the full maintenance workflow (planning, scheduling, execution, documentation, feedback).
• Drive a proactive PM program and optimize equipment uptime.
• Direct preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance across all production equipment to minimize downtime.
• Partner with EHS to ensure full compliance with OSHA, EPA, and all applicable regulations.
• Provide technical oversight on wire cutting (Komax, Schleuniger), crimping, molding, and overmold processes.
• Lead troubleshooting of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and PLC systems (Siemens, Allen Bradley).
• Oversee inventory accuracy and cost control for maintenance supplies.

• GED/High School Diploma plus 8–10+ years of relevant maintenance experience (including 2+ years of leadership) or
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical, or Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of relevant maintenance experience and 2+ years of leadership experience
• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience with exposure to wire cutting, crimping, molding, electrical integration, and PLC automation.
• Proficiency with maintenance/PM software and planning processes. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong safety background (LOTO, electrical/machine safety, OSHA/EPA).
• Demonstrated ability with RCA, CAPA, FMEA, TPM/Lean, and data driven decisions.
