About the Opportunity

Join a fast-growing life sciences manufacturer supporting pharmaceutical and biotech production across the country. As a Cleanroom Assembly Technician, you’ll play a hands‑on role assembling critical single‑use systems used in highly regulated manufacturing environments.

If you enjoy detailed, precision‑based work and want to build experience in a controlled cleanroom environment — this is a strong entry point into the biotech manufacturing industry.

Bonus: 4-day work week — enjoy Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays off.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Assemble and inspect single‑use assemblies following approved drawings and batch records
  • Work inside a controlled cleanroom environment
  • Perform in‑process inspections and quality checks
  • Label and package finished products
  • Maintain batch documentation for traceability
  • Follow GMP‑aligned procedures and quality system standards
  • Collaborate with Quality Assurance to resolve non‑conformances
  • Maintain organized, clean work spaces

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured processes, detailed work, and operating in a compliance‑driven manufacturing setting.

What We’re Looking For
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Assembly experience preferred (manufacturing or cleanroom highly preferred)
  • Ability to read and follow written procedures in English
  • Strong attention to detail and hand‑eye coordination
  • Comfortable performing repetitive, precise work
  • Able to lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Comfortable working around manufacturing equipment and controlled environments
Why This Role Stands Out
  • 4-day work schedule
  • Entry point into biotech manufacturing
  • Stable contract‑to‑hire pathway
  • Pay increase upon permanent conversion
  • Clean, organized, controlled environment
  • Opportunity to grow into advanced manufacturing roles
