We’re looking for a Forklift Driver (S2) to join our team in Durham, NC. If you’re passionate about warehouse operations, manufacturing logistics, and safe material handling, this is your chance to support products loved around the world.

Schedule:

Full‑Time, Onsite (Shift details provided during interview)
Pay & Benefits:

Operate forklift trucks and powered industrial equipment to load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse and manufacturing facility

Complete daily forklift inspection checklists and report maintenance or repair needs

Review work orders and stage materials to support production and minimize downtime

Load and unload trucks; secure freight using proper strapping, bracing, and padding

Move inventory to designated warehouse storage locations with accuracy and efficiency

Maintain safe working conditions and follow OSHA forklift safety standards

Support warehouse operations in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment

High School diploma or equivalent

Minimum of 1 year of forklift operator experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment

Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification

Knowledge of OSHA regulations related to powered industrial equipment preferred

Experience using pallet jacks, electric dollies, and warehouse equipment

Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with warehouse or inventory systems

Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work in a team environment

Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and stand for extended periods

Passion for Cards: Ensure timely and accurate material movement to keep production running efficiently.

Dedicated to Quality and Safety: Follow all safety protocols, complete equipment inspections, and maintain high standards in warehouse operations.

Building Relationships: Collaborate with supervisors and production teams to support workflow and minimize disruptions.

Integrity and Respect: Communicate clearly and proactively regarding material needs and equipment concerns.
