Pay Rate is $ 18.20 an hour

Job Description:

Uses a variety of equipment such as forklifts, conveyors, cranes, handcarts, and power trucks to move materials, parts, assemblies, and finished goods within a plant, office, or warehouse. May maintain records. Works within clearly defined SOPs and/or scientific methods and adheres to quality guidelines. Works under general to limited supervision.

• Operate forklifts, conveyors, cranes, handcarts, and power trucks.
• Move materials, parts, assemblies, and finished goods within the facility.
• Maintain records as required.
• Follow clearly defined SOPs and scientific methods.
• Adhere to quality guidelines.
• Perform tasks in a metrics-driven environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Zero (3) to one (5) year warehouse or related experience and/or training.
• Obtain and/or maintain appropriate licenses, training, or certifications as needed.
• Basic skills training in an analytical/scientific method or operational process area (e.g., material handling and management, logistics, manufacturing production).

• Develop skills in basic tasks, techniques, and procedures within one skill area, process, or method.
• Apply basic knowledge and skills to complete routine tasks consisting of prescribed steps.
• Effective communication skills at a level co-workers and Team Lead/Supervisor can understand.
• Ability to read, write, interpret, and comprehend documents written in English.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• General computer skills.

• Regularly required to walk, stand, stoop, kneel, balance, climb, lift, crouch, reach, pull, push, grasp, talk, hear, and twist.
• Frequent use of hands to finger, handle, feel, pick, or type, including repetitive motion of wrists, hands, or fingers.
• May be required to lift and/or move over 50 lbs.
• Exposure to moving mechanical parts, extreme weather conditions, and vibration.
