Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM (Night Shift, 12-hour "B" shift on a 2-2-3 rotation)
Pay: $16.50/hr + 15% Shift Differential = $18.98/hr
Contract Duration: (6 months)

Job Summary:
Join a fast-paced, high-tech manufacturing team producing and packaging BacT/ALERT bottles and/or formulating the liquid reagents used in those bottles. Operate high-speed and sometimes highly automated equipment in a cGMP-compliant environment.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Production Operations
Operate and monitor high-speed manufacturing & packaging equipment (HMI/SCADA systems).
Perform chemical weighing and formulation of reagents.
Follow approved Manufacturing Directions (MDs) and SOPs for all production tasks.
2. Quality Compliance
Accurately complete batch records and documentation.
Perform AQL inspections, rework activities, and material reconciliations.
Support deviation investigations, CAPA initiatives, and updates to SOPs and MDs.
Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant workspace per cGMP standards.
3. Safety & PPE
Adhere strictly to safety policies and procedures.
Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) appropriately: gloves, hairnet, beard cover, goggles, safety shoes, hearing protection, etc.
Follow area-specific restrictions (e.g., no makeup/jewelry in designated zones).
4. Additional Duties
Generate reports, KPIs, and interpret production data for process improvement.
Support equipment validation and revalidation protocols.
Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment.
Perform computer-based tasks and other assignments as needed.

Education & Experience:

Required:

High School Diploma or GED.
Preferred:
Bioworks Certification.
0-1 year experience in a regulated production or operations environment.
Experience operating automated production equipment is a plus.

Physical Requirements:
Lift 25-50 lbs frequently throughout shift.
Push/pull 50-100 lbs regularly.
Climb stairs, stand/walk for long periods, and perform repetitive motions.
Comfortable with exposure to strong odors, chemicals, and other media ingredients.
