Job Description

Location:

Huntersville, NC

Shift: 5:45pm - 6am
Pay Rate: $24.00–$24.84

• Set up machine, run machines, light troubleshoot. Perform quality tests and adjust accordingly.
• Read job order, blueprints, and/or control charts for product and job specifications.
• Select, install and adjust specified tooling and set speeds and feed rates while ensuring quality of product.
• Perform routine lubrication and preventative maintenance inspections as required.
• Observe all safety rules and advise management/co-workers about potential safety issues.
• Assist line to stack, mark, pack, and transport finished cable, scrap, or reusable inventory.
• Maintain a neat, safe and well-organized work area.
• Conduct quality control, measurement and reporting of quality deviations.
• Work shift on either a five or seven day rotation.
• Support team members as needed to reinforce a culture of teamwork.
• Perform other duties as required to meet business objectives.
• May flex to other production lines.
