Clean Utilities Technician - Night Shift-12 hours

CBRE  On‑Site Support for Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Research Triangle Park (RTP)

CBRE is expanding its technical operations team at a biopharmaceuticalcampus, and we're looking for a skilled Clean Utilities Technician to keepcritical GMP systems running smoothly during the night shift. This role is essential to ensuring that the facility's state‑of‑the‑art manufacturing environmentoperates safely, reliably, and in full compliance.

* You'll support clean utility systems that power advancedbiopharmaceutical production. Working within a world‑classfacility, you'll help maintain the infrastructure that enables life‑changing medicines to reach patients.

** What You'll Do:*
* Operate, monitor, and maintain clean utility systems,including:

+ Purified Water (PW)

+ Water for Injection (WFI)

+ Clean Steam

+ Clean Compressed Air and Process Gases

+ GMP documentation using Computerized Maintenance Management System

+ Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate with engineering and vendors as needed.

+ Support preventive maintenance, calibrations, and system reliability improvements.

+ Maintain accurate work orders, and electronic records.

+ Collaborate closely with operations, quality, and facilitiesteams to ensure uninterrupted production.

** What You'll Need:*

Experience with clean utilities, mechanical systems, or industrial utilities; biopharma experience strongly preferred.

+ Understanding of GMP environments and complianceexpectations.

+ Ability to work independently on the night shift with strong attention to detail.

+ Technical training in mechanical, electrical, or related fields is beneficial.

+ Strong communication skills and a commitment to safety and quality.

+ History of understanding the relationship of tools and theirproper application to various tasks and equipment.

** Shift Details*
* + Full‑time night shift 12 hours

+ Shift differential included

+ Weekend or holiday coverage may be required
