Job Summary

Triumvirate Environmental, one of the largest environmental services firms in North America, is seeking an on‑site Forklift Operator for our North Carolina recycling operation. This position reports to a shift supervisor. The pay rate is $16.25 per hour.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

This self‑sufficient, motivated, safety‑oriented individual will be responsible for operating several types of equipment.

• Unload trailers
• Identify, label and mark unloaded materials
• Communicate with team about trailers needed
• Identify, label and stage WIP
• Identify and QC finished product
• Assist in shipping and unloading LTL shipments
• Operate a forklift
• This is a safety sensitive position.

• High school graduate (or equivalent)
• Ability to lift 50 pounds repetitively
• Ability to work overtime
• Collaborate effectively with team members
• Demonstrate openness to learning, adapting to new processes, incorporating constructive feedback, and taking initiative to develop skills and expertise
• Reliable transportation
• Eligibility to work in the United States without future sponsorship

• Ability to load/unload roll‑off dumpsters
• Ability to use various tools
• Strong aptitude in problem solving and process improvement
• Ability to articulate problems and solutions verbally
• Demonstrated sense of urgency and personal initiative related to problem resolution with follow‑through and professionalism
• Self‑motivated and capable of managing stressful situations
• Experience with warehouse, inside and outside dock environment, and outside storage yard
