** Product Development Technician
** to join their team. As a  
** Product Development Technician** , you will be part of the  
** Digital Engineering Department
** supporting the  
** 3D Printing & Prototyping Team** . The ideal candidate will have

** Research Triangle Park, NC

** Pay Range:**  $21 - $26/hr

** What's the Job?*
* + Operate injection molding machines and run established molding programs

+ Inspect, trim, and finish prototype parts to meet quality standards

+ Monitor and troubleshoot 3D printing equipment and production processes

+ Perform post-processing of printed parts (cleaning, sanding, polishing, painting)

+ Maintain lab equipment, materials, and follow safety and quality procedures

** What's Needed?*
* + High school diploma or GED

+ Strong hands-on mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a lab/machine environment

+ Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and CAD model viewing

+ Strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team
